Returning Student Registration

Returning student registration opens on May 5, 2025 and will remain open until July.

A PowerSchool Parent Portal account is required to complete registration for returning students. Instructions on how to create an account and link your children are to the right.

Parents/guardians will be able to update your student’s information, including parent/guardian contact information, emergency contact information, home address. Some changes, such as address or custody changes, will require additional documentation.

Parents/guardians will also submit Transportation requests for 2025-2026 via the student registration process. In order to be guaranteed transportation during the first week of school, parents/guardians must complete this process. There will not be a separate transportation survey this year!

Registration can be completed using a web browser or the PowerSchool app on Apple and Android. Our district code is MPDR. We recommend creating your account on a web browser and then switch to the app.

Families need to complete the following forms:

  • Form A: Student Demographics
    • Birth Certificate is only required for new students
  • Form B: Student Address
  • Form C: Address Change (if needed)
  • Form D: Student Contacts and Custody
  • Form E: Health Information
  • Form I: Transportation (Required if transportation is needed)

Most families can complete registration in 5 minutes or less. Allow more time if your information has changed. Some changes, like address or custody updates, may require additional documentation.

Creating a Parent Portal Account

1) Contact your school to get the Access ID and Password

2) Go to the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal

3) Click on the Create Account tab, then click the blue Create Account button

4) Complete Account Details and Create a Password

5) Link Student(s) to your account with their Name, Access ID, and Access Password

Click Enter
