Empower 2030 was developed through a deliberate and inclusive engagement process to gather meaningful input from the entire Staunton City Schools community. Over 1,900 students, staff, families, and community members contributed their perspectives through a comprehensive survey. The division also hosted 13 forums to engage directly with stakeholders and foster deeper discussions about future priorities. These opportunities allowed for thoughtful reflection and the exchange of ideas on how Staunton City Schools can continue to grow and effectively serve its students.
