Maintenance
Staunton City Schools Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all SCS schools and related buildings. Our team performs multi-craft work and are specialized in everything from vehicle maintenance to HVAC repair. We also oversee snow removal at all school buildings. Concerns for specific maintenance issues can be directed to each school’s administration for distribution to the appropriate specialty.
Sanitation
Staunton City Schools Sanitation Department maintains the clean and safe learning environment at every school. This is a job our team takes very seriously, particularly in today’s environment. Custodians at each school are trained in proper cleaning and sanitizing methods. We are here to keep your school clean, safe, and ready for learning.
Transportation
Staunton City Schools Transportation Department manages all student transportation including bus routes, extracurricular events, and specialized transportation. We are here to get students to and from school and special events in a safe and efficient manner. Changes in address or bus routes should be communicated directly to each school for scheduling updates.
