Staunton City Schools uses the online registration platform LINQ. You must create an account in LINQ before you can begin filling out the registration paperwork for your student(s).
To create a new account:
- Go to the following site: https://stauntoncityschools.esvportal.com/CreateAccount.aspx
- Complete all required fields
- PIN Code is created by you for account security
- Click Register & Begin
Once you have created your account, click Add Student on the left and choose the New to District option. Complete all the required fields in the registration forms and click Save & Submit. If you have not completed all of the required fields it will not allow you to submit the form to the proper school.
After the registration forms have been submitted, the registrar or secretary from the school your student(s) will be attending will request any documentation needed to complete the registration process. Any updates to your registration process will be sent to you in an email and updated in your LINQ account.
If you have any questions regarding this process, or if you are unable to complete the online registration, please contact your student’s school or the Staunton School Board Office.
